Nothing Drastic (“we,” “us”) is a sole proprietorship operated by Benjamin Chase Linsky in the United States, and operates nothingdrastic.com. You can reach us at benlinsky47@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your email address, when you choose to join the waitlist. That is the only personal information we ask for.
Basic technical information your browser sends automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs.

Why we collect it

To email you about the product you asked to hear about, and to understand how many people visit the site. We do not use your address for anything else.

Who we share it with

Our email provider, beehiiv, Inc., stores and sends on our behalf. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., serves this site. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send. We honor opt‑outs promptly and in any case within 10 business days.
Access or delete what we hold on you by emailing benlinsky47@gmail.com. We’ll confirm within 30 days.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not track visitors across third‑party sites, so our behavior does not change in response to that signal.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone on the waitlist.
