The supplements made for the boys.
What this is
Most of what gets sold to guys our age is a flavour, a label and a claim nobody checked. We’re building the opposite: a short list of products, each one dosed the way the research says, each one tested by an outside lab, each result published.
Starting with sleep. Because in college, that’s the one everybody’s actually losing.
The standard
If the research says 3 grams, the tub has 3 grams. No fairy dusting an ingredient just to put it on the panel.
Every batch goes to a third‑party lab. The certificate gets posted, not filed.
Nothing about curing, preventing, or fixing anything. If we can’t show you the study, we don’t say it.
Why that third rule matters
A lab bought 31 melatonin products off the shelf and measured them. The actual amount ranged from 83% less to 478% more than the label. Over 71% missed their own claim. A 2023 study of gummies found 22 of 25 were wrong.

Who’s building it
Building this in public from Tampa — the manufacturer calls, the samples, the lab results, the mistakes. All of it gets posted.
